Administrator
Megan’s commitment to healthcare began in 2006 when she stepped into the field as a CNA at a local nursing home. While pursuing her college education at Iowa State University, she continued working in assisted living as a CMA, demonstrating early on a deep-rooted dedication to serving others. In 2012, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from ISU and spent the following years as a Marketing Coordinator in the long-term care sector for a DME company.
Her passion for healthcare leadership led her to pursue her Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license, which she obtained in 2021. After gaining valuable experience as an assistant administrator, Megan took on her current role as Administrator, bringing with her not only professional expertise but also a personal connection to the community she serves.
Raised in the same area where she now leads, Megan finds great purpose in working with familiar faces. She is known for her collaborative leadership style—working shoulder to shoulder with her team to help them grow, thrive, and deliver outstanding care. Her mission is to empower her staff to reach their full potential so that every resident and tenant receives the attention, dignity, and quality of life they deserve.
Megan’s career is a reflection of her values: community, compassion, and continuous improvement. She takes pride in making a meaningful impact right where she grew up.
Director of Nursing
Ashley’s journey into healthcare began at the age of 16, driven by a dream to become a nurse. After graduating from Iowa Falls High School, she pursued her passion at Mercy College in Des Moines, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Eager to stay close to family, Ashley relocated to Webster City and started her professional path at Southfield Wellness Community—first as a CNA while studying for her nursing boards, and eventually climbing the leadership ladder within the same facility.
Her steady progression through the ranks—from night shift charge nurse to Assistant Director of Nursing, and now Director of Nursing—has equipped Ashley with a well-rounded understanding of clinical care and team leadership.
